GDRP compliant data for Mr Insurance is collected from our Main Website and various Lead Generation Pages. The Lead Generation Pages are built to generate leads for our clients. Individuals are given the option to opt-in to Mr Insurance but could also proceed without doing so. We use advanced data validation system to ensure data captured is accurate.

2. How do we ensure that consent is obtained compliantly?

The regulations set by the ICO state that individuals visiting our website(s) must be able to make informed decisions about registering with us and giving us their consent to stay in contact in future. This is achieved through clear and transparent information about who we are (Mr Insurance the data controller). Stating clearly why we want to keep in contact and naming who we will contact the recipient about (Privacy Policy & Partner List) and allow individuals to positively ‘Opt-in’ to Mr Insurance. Specifying how they want us to make contact in the future (Email, SMS, Phone) and of course always make it simple to unsubscribe or stop us from further contact.

The Mr Insurance website(s) enables individuals to clearly understand the registration process. The specifics of our company are easily visible in our Privacy Policy and Partner list. The ability to positively consent or opt in by channel without the use of pre ticked boxes.
